USP 色谱柱参照表

        USP 提供了多种用于分析药品试剂的色谱柱填料指标说明,没有那一家公司能有如此多种类产品。我们能够提供大部分类型的成品柱,完全符合USP23-NF18 的指标描述。不同的HPLC 填料在疏水性、表面覆盖率、比表面积以及孔径和粒径等各种物化指标上差异很大,仅凭单一种类的填料不可能满足各种各样的分离要求。下表是我们在长期工作中的积累和总结,请根据它来选择最合适的色谱柱以节约您宝贵的时间。
