BSEP Vesicle Assay Kit allows for characterizing the substrates or inhibitors of BSEP transporter. The assay measures the cumulative uptake of test compounds in the inside-out BSEP vesicle transporters to identify substrates or inhibitors of this transporter. This is done using radioisotope-labeled compounds or fluorescence compounds.
